Humans have what we like to call a stress bucket, and when chronic negative stress compiles over time, your stress bucket overflows. This leaves you with less capacity to take on new goals and prevents you from living your best life! That’s why, at Hodges, we believe in draining your stress bucket first in order to set sustainable goals for the future. 
This week’s coaching questions prompt you to look at what is making your stress bucket overflow. (Hint: It starts with your very own thoughts). From there, you’ll be able to identify tiny action steps that you can take this week to drain your stress bucket.
